Job summary

Extended Stay America via ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs, and manage laundry and dishware in accordance with company standards.

The role involves stocking housekeeping areas, processing reservations and payments, setting up breakfast, and performing periodic property inspections. The position requires adherence to safety procedures and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out per guidelines.
• Perform laundry duties: wash, dry, fold linens and towels.
• Answer phones and maintain safety and security per standards.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct property tours for cleanliness and maintenance.
