Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant for overnight support. You will assist guests with check-in/out, manage laundry duties, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include processing reservations and payments, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the property during night hours. A strong attention to detail and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have English proficiency to interact with guests and staff.
• Experience operating a property management system (PMS) is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math for transactions and reports.
• Ability to apply good judgment and solve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight with check-in/check-out per company guidelines.
• Manage all laundry tasks: wash, dry, fold linens and other items per standards.
• Handle dishware washing, drying and packaging.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct cleaning tours and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow cash handling and key control policies.
