Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight, handling check-ins/outs and laundry tasks in a frontline hospitality role. You will answer phones, maintain safety procedures, and contribute to a clean, secure environment across shifts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience). The role requires reliability, good judgment, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, checking in and checking guests out in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Process all laundry responsibilities, including stains treatment, washing, drying and folding items.
• Answer phones and ensure safety and security procedures are in place as per company guidelines.
