Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, check guests in and out, and handle laundry duties in accordance with company guidelines. You will also answer phones and uphold safety and security standards across the property.

The role includes washing and folding linens and towels, stocking carts, processing reservations and payments, and supporting the breakfast setup and general cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Overnight guest assistance experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, checking in/out and processing payments per guidelines.
• Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Wash and dry dishware and ensure proper packaging.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Answer phones and manage reservations and guest departures as directed.
• Support breakfast setup and property cleanliness.
• Report safety and security issues promptly to management.
