Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support overnight guest services, check-ins/outs, and laundry operations. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient front desk assistance while maintaining PAR levels and assisting with breakfast setup.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, basic math for cash handling, and adherence to brand standards across housekeeping and laundry tasks.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic math in all units of measure for transactions.
• Apply good judgment at all times and address guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight, checking in and checking guests out.
• Processes laundry: stains treatment, washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Washes, dries, and packages dishware.
• Stocks housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels.
• Sets up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conducts daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance reports.
• Adheres to safety and security policies and reports issues promptly.
• Assists with other hotel areas as needed by management.
