Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to support guests overnight. You will assist with check-in/check-out per guidelines and manage laundry tasks, ensuring clean linens and prompt service.

You will answer phones, help with grab-and-go breakfast setup, and maintain hotel cleanliness while following safety procedures. The role operates 11:00pm to 7:00am, offering weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight with check-in/check-out and collects payments in line with company guidelines and procedures.
• Processes all laundry in compliance with company standards, including washing, drying, folding linens, towels, blankets, and shower curtains.
• Processes all dishware in compliance with company standards, including washing, drying, and packaging.
• Stocks housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry rooms with products to maintain PAR levels in the building in line with brand standards.
• Handles reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in accordance with guidelines.
• Sets up and maintains the grab-and-go breakfast in accordance with brand standards.
• Conducts daily property tours to inspect cleanliness and manage trash and maintenance as per standards.
• Complies with all policies including safety, cash handling, and key control.
• Assists with cleaning areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager and maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
