Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, handle check-ins/outs and payments, and manage laundry and dishware according to brand standards. The role includes stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness across the property.

The position requires the ability to operate the property management system, handle safety procedures, and support other hotel areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to operate the property management system and complete shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests overnight, including check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Process laundry: wash, dry, fold linens, towels, blankets, and related items.
• Process dishware, wash, dry, and package per standards.
• Stock carts and laundry rooms to PAR levels and maintain brand standards.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand guidelines.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and safety.
