Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed. You will ensure courteous service, handle after-hours check-ins and key/access issues, and respond within 30 minutes of notification.

Live onsite with lodging provided; you may cover other local hotels during staffing shortages. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and communication to maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests upon call notification for check-ins, emergency issues, noise complaints, and safety situations.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys, safeguarding from mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed.
• Organize, confirm, and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greeting and registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and collecting payments.
• Follow hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Report safety, guest, and security concerns per policy.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging events, posting payments to folios when necessary.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer and software systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when required.
• Cover another hotel in the area if staffing requires.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
