ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative for part-time overnight coverage to assist guests, address after-hours needs, and handle safety and security situations. The role requires prompt response within 30 minutes of notification and involves managing guest key access, check-ins, and emergency responses.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone.
• Communicate effectively in English with guests.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call notification for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety situations.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs, including registering guests and collecting payments.
• Keep abreast of hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Provide directions and information about amenities, hours of operation and local areas of interest.
• Log events and post payments to guest folios when necessary.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems.
• Assist with coverage at other hotels in the area if needed.
