ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to overnight guest requests when the lobby is closed. The role requires timely on-call responses, key control, and assisting with after-hours check-ins to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position offers onsite lodging in a guest room during employment and the potential to cover other area hotels as needed. Candidates should excel in communication, safety procedures, and guest services while working night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Able to document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Effective English communication, both oral and written.
• Friendly, professional demeanor under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests by responding to call notifications for check-ins and emergencies.
• Safeguard hotel keys and manage key logs.
• Process limited check-ins/check-outs and take payments when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with guest directions and local information.
• Log events and run reports as required.
• Be flexible to cover another hotel if needed.
