ESA Management, LLC seeks a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to handle overnight guest needs when the lobby is closed. You will respond within 30 minutes, assist with check-ins, handle emergencies, and safeguard keys while maintaining high service standards.

The role offers a residence on-site and inclusion in a 24/7 hotel team focused on courteous, high-quality service for guests during off-hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or related experience/training.
• Must be able to respond to overnight needs within 30 minutes.
• Proficient in English; able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Comfort with guest interactions, safety procedures, and basic financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, noise complaints, and safety issues.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and safeguard against loss or theft.
• Log keys in/out as needed and conduct limited check-ins/check-outs.
• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and collect payments when required.
• Stay updated on hotel policies, safety procedures, and local information.
• Report safety or security concerns per policy and assist guests with directions.
