Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and noise complaints.
• Safeguard and log hotel keys; process limited check-ins/check-outs.
• Maintain familiarity with hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Provide guests with directions and information about amenities and local areas.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks such as logging events and posting payments to folios.
• Assist with coverage at other hotels in the area if needed.
