Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight guest needs with courtesy and high service standards. You may live onsite and access a guest room as part of employment, being on overnight on-call within 30 minutes of notification.

Responsibilities include guest check-ins, safety and security duties, keys control, and basic bookkeeping while maintaining policy compliance and professional courtesy at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to operate hotel systems and basic office software.
• Strong communication, courtesy, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests via on-call notifications during overnight hours.
• Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and room key issuance as needed.
• Log events, post payments, and maintain records per policy.
• Respond to safety, noise, and security issues promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments as required.
