ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative for part-time overnight shifts. The role requires responding to on-call needs within 30 minutes, assisting with after-hours check-ins, guest access issues, noise complaints, and emergencies while maintaining high service standards.

The position offers onsite lodging in a hotel room as part of employment and is on the overnight on-call schedule. Associates may cover another location when staffing is tight, and the role emphasizes

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English; operate a hotel PMS system.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests for check-ins, emergencies, and safety issues on notification.
• Safeguard and manage hotel keys; log keys in and out as needed.
• Conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greet guests, assign rooms, collect payments.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, safety procedures, and location services.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities and local areas.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to guest folios when required.
• Maintain proficiency in hotel computer and software systems; respond to emergencies.
