The position includes on-site lodging during employment and requires prompt response within 30 minutes of notification. Responsibilities include managing keys, assisting with limited check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring safety and security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable addressing groups.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests via call notification for check-ins, emergencies, or noise complaints.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and safeguard against loss or theft.
• Log keys and assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs, greeting guests and processing payments if needed.
• Adhere to hotel policies, training, and safety procedures; report safety concerns per policy.
• Provide guests with directions and information about amenities and local areas.
