Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight on-call business needs. This role ensures that guest services are consistent and of high quality during the night hours when the hotel lobby is closed.

As part of the employment, the associate will have access to a guest hotel room for lodging. Responsibilities include handling guest check-ins, addressing noise complaints, and managing emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in reading and speaking English.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle issues under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests upon call notification for check-ins and emergency issues.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and log keys as necessary.
• Organize and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs.
