Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) to respond to overnight on-call needs for hotel guests. The role requires timely responses within about 30 minutes, handling check-ins, key control, and safety procedures while maintaining high service standards.

The position offers lodging in a guest room, weekend/overnight shifts, and responsibility for guest inquiries, safety concerns, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Document events in writing and prepare routine correspondence.
• Operate the hotel mobile phone.
• Speak effectively before groups of customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, and security situations.
• Manage hotel keys and prevent mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out as needed.
• Assist with limited guest check-ins/check-outs including greeting and registering guests.
• Follow hotel policies, training, and safety procedures.
• Report safety and security concerns per policy.
• Provide directions about amenities, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to folios as needed.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with responders.
• May cover other nearby hotels if staffing requires.
