ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) for an on-site Extended Stay America property. The role covers overnight on-call needs, guest check-ins, safety handling, and basic bookkeeping to support guest satisfaction.

The position includes lodging in a guest room as part of employment, with duties that ensure high standards and courteous service. Strong English communication and front-desk software competence are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficient with hotel front-desk software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests by phone or on-call notifications for check-ins, emergencies, and noise complaints.
• Safeguard hotel keys and log them in/out.
• Process limited guest check-ins/check-outs and collect payments when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, safety procedures, and local information.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities and local areas.
