Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, and manage check-ins and payments at the front desk.

You will ensure safety, complete front office paperwork, promote ESA services, and uphold brand standards while delivering a friendly, efficient guest experience. This role requires English proficiency, basic math, and the ability to handle busy periods. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests, staff and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong problem-solving and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payments.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and assist with housekeeping cross-training as needed.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
