Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure a superior guest experience at the front desk. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs and payments, and maintain an organized lobby and breakfast area.

The role requires friendly communication, solid knowledge of the property management system, and adherence to safety and security procedures while promoting the ESA service culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication with guests and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology; able to audit shift reports.
• Follow safety rules and complete routine reports and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with diligent follow-through.
• Check guests in and out, process reservations and payments.
• Maintain front desk area, lobby, and breakfast display.
• Promote Extended Stay America services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Ensure accuracy of cash, card, and city ledger balances.
