Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Night Service Representative (Part Time) for Extended Stay America. The role operates overnight to support guest check-ins, safety, and guest needs when the lobby is closed. You will be on an on-call schedule and may stay in a guest room as part of employment.

You will handle guest issues, safeguard keys, log events, and assist with limited check-ins/check-outs while ensuring policy compliance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to respond to overnight business needs within 30 minutes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on notification from outside service agent for check-ins and issues.
• Maintain control of hotel keys and safeguard against mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in/out and conduct limited guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Assist guests with directions, services, hours, and local areas of interest.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and post payments to guest folios as needed.
• Maintain proficiency with location computer and software systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with first responders when necessary.
