Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Agent to handle registration and check-out, PBX duties, mail and message services while delivering memorable, personal guest experiences. You will act as an advocate for the hotel and build guest relationships to drive return visits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer-facing role is helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledgeable of immediate area, services, attractions, and events.
• Flexible schedule, able to work overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Work well under pressure with high arrivals and departures.
• Familiar with hotel systems and operations.
