Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Sacramento seeks a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and handle PBX operations with accuracy and courtesy. You will review arrivals, manage VIP requests, balance daily transactions, and stay informed about local attractions to create memorable, personal experiences that encourage guests to return.

The role requires flexibility to cover overnights and weekends, with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and a genuine hospitality

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a full-service hotel front desk.
• Knowledge of the local area, services, attractions, and events.
• Flexible schedule, including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well under pressure handling arrivals and departures.

Responsabilidades

• Register and check-out guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Review arrivals and block rooms for special requests; perform pre-assignments including VIPs.
• Balance out daily shift bank and verify cash, checks, and card transactions.
