Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, answer calls and handle mail and messages with warmth and efficiency.

You will be the face of the hotel, delivering ridiculously personal experiences and coordinating with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet to ensure flawless service. A high school diploma and customer-facing experience are preferred; evenings, weekends and holidays required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Front desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Familiar with local area attractions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure with busy arrivals and departures.
• Familiar with hotel systems and operations, accurate data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Register and check-out guests.
• PBX operations and mail/message service.
• Provide outstanding service and build guest relationships.
• Act as hotel advocate and create personal guest experiences.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff and Valet.
