Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Front Desk or guest service role.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions.
• Flexible schedule including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to enter information accurately in hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests professionally.
• Handle PBX operations and guest messages.
• Maintain daily shift tasks and room assignments.
• Communicate with other departments by radio or phone.
• Monitor room availability and assist guests with special requests.
