Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, public areas, and rooms.
• Set up and support meeting room functions according to function sheets.
• Deep clean of rooms and public spaces as assigned.
• Assist with lobby function setup, coffee service, and concierge events.
• Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
• Receive shift assignments, keys, pager, and special guest requests from supervisor.
• Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools.
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly manner.
• Return lost items with proper documentation to Housekeeping.
• May take on additional duties as needed.
