Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants seeks a Guest Service Agent to handle registration and check-out while delivering outstanding service to guests. You will manage PBX operations, mail, and messages with care, acting as an advocate for the hotel and creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior front desk or customer-facing experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous Front Desk or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local area, services, and attractions is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Register and check out guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Answer calls promptly and provide accurate information.
• Maintain daily shift duties and cash handling per policy.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Housekeeping and other departments.
