Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, manage check-ins/outs, and handle laundry and dishware tasks per brand standards. The role also covers breakfast setup, safety practices, and basic property upkeep.

Responsibilities include cash handling, reporting, and maintaining PAR levels across carts and laundry areas while ensuring overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Operate the property management system technology and audit shift reports.
• Follow safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic for transactions and inventory.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Resolve guest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during overnight hours, including check-in/check-out and payment collection.
• Process all laundry including staining, washing, drying, folding linens and towels.
• Wash, dry, and package dishware.
• Stock housekeeping carts and laundry rooms to maintain PAR levels.
• Set up grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conduct daily property tours for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety, cash handling, and key control policies.
