Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Night Guest Laundry Attendant to assist guests overnight, check in/out and manage laundry operations within the hotel. The role includes washing, drying, folding linens and maintaining dishware, while supporting breakfast setup and safety protocols.

The position involves stocking rooms, monitoring PAR levels, handling reservations and payments, and performing general housekeeping tasks as needed. Shift is 11:00pm to 7:00am with weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests overnight, checking in and checking guests out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Processes all laundry including staining, washing, drying and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets and shower curtains.
• Processes all dishware in compliance with company standards.
• Stocks housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry rooms with appropriate products to ensure PAR levels.
• Processes reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Sets up and maintains grab-and-go breakfast per brand standards.
• Conducts daily property tours to inspect cleanliness and safety.
• Complies with all company policies including safety issues reporting, cash handling and key control.
• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as needed and maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
