Job summary

The National Hotel Miami Beach is seeking an Overnight Night Audit Supervisor to manage the front office operations during the overnight shift in a luxury, adults-only setting. You will guide front office staff, handle guest inquiries, and ensure seamless service while maintaining high standards of safety and security.

Located on South Beach, the role involves coordinating with losses prevention, engineering, and housekeeping, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous front office supervisor experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; additional languages a plus.
• Working knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera or Micros is advantageous.
• Financial and analytical skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire front office areas and valet.
• Ensure outstanding guest service across all areas.
• Respond to guest issues and emergencies and communicate with Loss Prevention.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on repairs and deficiencies.
• Supervise staff productivity and report to department heads.
• Manage night operations and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
