Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor to lead the overnight Front Office, oversee the nightly audit, and ensure exceptional guest service. This role requires supervising the overnight team, maintaining financial accuracy, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with other departments to prepare for the next day’s operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Front Office or Night Audit.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overnight Front Office team and ensure guest service excellence.
• Oversee all overnight front desk functions: check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, inquiries.
• Complete nightly audit by balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions.
• Provide training and coaching to Night Auditors and overnight staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, cash handling, and data security.
• Maintain records and communicate updates to hotel leadership.
