Job summary

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is seeking a Night Auditor Supervisor to oversee overnight Front Office operations, ensure accurate nightly audit, and safeguard guest satisfaction. You will lead the overnight team, manage check-ins/outs, and safeguard revenue integrity in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and knowledge of PMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Experience in hotel Front Office or Night Audit required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise overnight Front Office team to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operations.
• Oversee overnight front desk functions: check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and guest inquiries.
• Complete nightly audit by balancing daily financial transactions and generating reports.
