Grand Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This full-time position operates during the night shift, handling check-ins/outs, processing payments, and generating daily financial reports in accordance with hotel procedures.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and accurate calculations essential.
• Clear English communication with guests and staff.
• Clear, legible directions and notes for records.
• Some college or hospitality training preferred.
• Front Office or cashiering experience advantageous.
• Computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systems.
• Foreign language ability preferred (Spanish, French or Japanese).
• Auditing or statistics experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates and status.
• Process guest check-ins/outs per hotel requirements.
• Generate daily and weekly financial reports.
• Perform computer system maintenance per procedures.
• Balance and secure assigned bank; proper cashiering procedures.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest information.
