Job summary

Hotel Victor South Beach is seeking a Front Desk Overnight/ Night Audit associate to manage the overnight front desk, guest services, and financial audits. You will handle check-ins, respond to guest needs, and prepare end-of-day reports in a boutique South Beach setting.

The role requires experience at a hotel front desk, solid cash handling, and strong customer service skills. Night shifts, good communication, and being discreet align with our standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel front desk or guest services.
• Basic accounting or cash-handling skills; comfort with nightly reconciliation and billing.
• Excellent customer service and communication; calm and diplomatic, especially at night.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (night hours).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Check-in guests and answer phones.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors, and distribute employee checks.
• Reconcile accounts and balance the cash drawer.
• Log receipts and investigate out-of-balance accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Help prepare forecasts and audits.
• Close out the day in the PMS and generate end-of-day reports.
• Post incidental charges to guest folios.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
