Grand Beach Suites Hotel in Miami Beach is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk and back office operations. You will check guests in and out, process payments, and generate daily reports while ensuring guest satisfaction and data integrity.

The role requires accurate cash handling, strong English communication, and the ability to work overnight shifts in a busy hotel environment.

Formación

• 1) High school graduate.
• 2) Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
• 3) Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests/visitors, management and co-workers to their understanding, both in person and by telephone.
• 4) Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
• 1) Some college or training in hospitality industry.
• 2) Previous experience as a Front Office Receptionist.
• 3) Previous cashiering experience.
• 4) Knowledge of computers.
• 5) Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish, French or Japanese.
• 6) Previous auditing or statistician experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain complete knowledge at all times of hotel features/services, hours of operation and room types.
• Maintain knowledge and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Process assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies; keep bank secure.
• Meet with supervisor to review daily assignments and priorities.
• Meet with departing Front Office Receptionist(s) to review business status and follow up items.
• Access all computer system functions per procedures; maintain workstation cleanliness.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings with proper greeting and etiquette.
• Promote positive guest relations and assist guests with information requests.
• Process all guest check-ins including reservation verification, registration, notes, and payment details.
• Balance bank and handle cashiering procedures; ensure accuracy of charges.
• Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports; communicate updates to management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
