Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an overnight supervisor to manage front office operations and staff during the night shift. You will close the date in hotel systems, run the night audit, and greet guests while ensuring service standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Revenue Team to optimize occupancy and revenue, training overnight staff, and maintaining safety and guest satisfaction through strong problem-solving and diplomacy.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years Front Office management experience in a comparable property.
• 4 years Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
• 3 years of hotel experience.
• Leadership in hotel operating procedures and policies.
• Problem solving and deadline-driven performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to use diplomacy when dealing with problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations and supervise Front Office staff.
• Close date for hotel operating systems and run night audit.
• Greet and assist guests, maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and Revenue Team on nightly room allocation.
• Ensure safety, service standards and guest satisfaction during overnight shifts.
