Concord Hospitality is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee nightly front office operations and the night audit team, ensuring accurate reporting and a safe, welcoming environment for guests throughout overnight hours.

The role involves supervising staff, reconciling daily activity, generating reports for multiple departments, and addressing service and safety issues with professional, independent work during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in front office or night audit operations preferred.
• Strong decision-making skills with knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise night audit employees, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk work; run trial balance to post rooms and close the day.
• Generate accounts receivable and next-day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office.
• Investigate service and safety issues, initiate incident reports, and monitor investigations to timely resolution.
• Check guests in and out, operate telephone lines, and assist with guest needs.
• Escort guests to rooms when feasible and provide courteous support throughout the shift.
• Carry out additional duties and reasonable management requests as assigned.
