Responsibilities include balancing cash, greeting guests, handling wake-up calls, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth overnight operation. The hotel emphasizes guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with hotel operations software sales programs.
• Skillful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks.
• Highly organized and efficient, pro-active and results driven, and ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during the overnight shift and help with all guest services.
• Close hotel books at night by running the night audit final and balancing revenues.
• Greet arriving guests and complete check-in procedures daily.
• Facilitate guest departures and determine future room availability.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations, communicate hotel rates, and use upselling techniques.
• Maintain good guest relations and timely, knowledgeable responses in person and by phone.
