Avion Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Responsibilities include guest registration, reservations, daily reports, and balancing transactions with security walks.

The role requires at least 1 year in a hotel or related field, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with solid accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of progressive hotel or related field experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility is preferred.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Able to problem solve and handle emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and make reservations.
• Prepare daily reports and balance transactions.
• Conduct security walks during overnight shift.
• Maintain front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Train new Night Auditors as requested by management.
• Handle guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
