Job summary

StepStone-Hospitality-Inc is seeking a hotel night auditor to handle front desk operations and financial reconciliation during the overnight shift (10 PM–7 AM). You will audit daily transactions, balance revenue, check in late arrivals, and manage guest needs and security.

As the overnight lead, you coordinate with security and maintenance, respond to requests, and ensure a safe, quiet environment while delivering courteous service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfort with overnight valet duties as part of the role.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage all Night Auditor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Financial auditing: reconcile billing, verify charges and payments, and generate end-of-day reports.
• Guest services: check in/out, manage reservations, wake-up calls, and address requests.
• Overnight operations: coordinate with security and maintenance for a safe environment.
