Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations overnight, balance daily accounts, upsell services, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will verify payments, manage check-ins/outs, handle wake-up calls, and maintain security and records to protect hotel assets.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and a customer‑driven approach, with overnight hours starting around 10:00–11:00 pm and lasting eight hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand, read, write and speak English with guests and team members.
• Familiar with computers and basic office equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on shift.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts from day shift.
• Welcome guests, assign rooms and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Inform guests about payment methods and verify IDs.
• Register guests with accurate stay details.
• Handle wake-up calls and guest requests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Respond to guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Create invoices and process payments for vendors and staff.
• Maintain all documentation and complete end-of-day audit.
