The role handles guest inquiries, transactions, and balance of the front desk bank while coordinating with housekeeping, engineering, and sales teams to support guest satisfaction.

The position requires standing for extended periods, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer and process guest transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management basics.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out following Emily Hotel standards.
• Maintain front desk accuracy by updating guest profiles and payment details.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to guests.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
