Job summary

Onni is hiring an Overnight Front Desk Agent to check guests in and out, handle guest transactions, and answer inquiries. You will balance a house bank, post charges, and assist with basic concierge tasks to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

The role requires hospitality know-how, ability to stand for long periods, and a professional, welcoming demeanor. Prior hotel experience and MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and maintain poise during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check in/out, obtain payment and information.
• Balance a cash drawer and post charges in the PMS.
• Provide basic concierge information and support guest requests.
• Update guest profiles for future stays and cross-department coordination.
