Job summary

Onni is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent in Chicago, IL to welcome guests, process check-ins/outs, and handle guest inquiries. You will update guest profiles, balance the front desk cash drawer, and coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong hospitality knowledge, ability to stand for long periods, and proficiency with basic computer and PMS systems. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out according to standards.
• Close guest accounts at check-out and update guest profiles.
• Answer inquiries and provide basic concierge services.
• Balance cash, process payments, and post charges in the PMS.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales for guest requests.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Perform front desk, reservations, and telephone operator duties as needed.
