Onni Group in Los Angeles is looking for an Overnight Guest Services Agent to provide greet-and-service at the front desk, manage check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate with resident services teams across the property.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide front desk customer service.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Deliver mail, messages, and packages.
• Coordinate services with Resident Services, Leasing, Maintenance and Management staff.
• Provide information on transportation and local dining options.
• Assist with events and move-ins/move-outs as needed.
