Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Representative in Smyrna, TN to deliver warm hospitality while handling night operations at the front desk. You will manage phone calls, transfers, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping, assembling room packs, maintaining lobby, guest laundry, vending areas, and staying versed in all hotel emergency procedures.

• Handle phone system, transfer calls, reservations.
• Hourly property walks and keep hallways/stairwells clean.
• Assemble bed packs for daily departures.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures when needed.
• Wash, dry and fold the hotel's daily laundry.
• Print night audit reports and assemble pack; maintain lobby and vending areas; know hotel emergency procedures.
