WoodSpring Suites Smyrna La Vergne is hiring an Overnight Guest Service Representative to manage front desk operations during night hours. You will handle phone calls, reservations, check-ins/check-outs when needed, and maintain lobby and laundry areas to ensure a clean, safe environment.

The role is on-site in Smyrna, TN and paid at $18 per hour with full-time benefits. You should be reliable, able to follow emergency procedures, and comfortable working independently through night shifts.

Qualifications

• Handling phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etc.
• Hourly property walks and clean hallways/stairwells.
• Assemble bed packs for daily departures.
• Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures if needed.
• Wash, dry and fold the hotels daily laundry.
• Print night audit reports and assemble pack.
• Maintain overall lobby, guest laundry, vending area appearance.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
