Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Smyrna, TN is seeking an Overnight Guest Service Representative to provide exceptional hospitality during the night shift. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, reservations, transfers, and assisting guests with check-in/check-out as needed.

You will also conduct hourly property walks, clean hallways and stairwells, assemble bed packs, wash and fold daily laundry, and print night audit reports while maintaining lobby and guest areas in pristine

Responsibilities

• Handling phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etc.
• Hourly property walks and clean hallways/stairwells.
• Assemble bed packs for daily departures.
• Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures if needed.
• Wash, dry and fold the hotels daily laundry.
• Print night audit reports and assemble pack.
• Maintain overall lobby, guest laundry, vending area appearance.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
