WoodSpring Suites Smyrna La Vergne is hiring an Overnight Guest Service Representative to support front desk operations on-site in Smyrna, TN. The role includes handling calls, reservations, and guest services while ensuring a clean, safe lobby and public areas.

You will assist with check-in/check-out when needed, conduct hourly rounds, and manage hotel laundry tasks as part of daily operations. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etc.
• Hourly property walks and clean hallways/stairwells.
• Assemble bed packs for daily departures.
• Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures if needed.
• Wash, dry and fold the hotels daily laundry.
• Print night audit reports and assemble pack.
• Maintain overall lobby, guest laundry, vending area appearance.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
