Job summary

Ascent Hospitality invites applications for a Night Auditor. The role centers on balancing day-end accounts, welcoming guests, and managing front desk tasks during the night shift. You will handle check-ins/outs, verify payment methods, and ensure smooth nightly operations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, along with English proficiency and strong customer service. Previous front desk experience is preferred, with an emphasis on accuracy and hospitality.*

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Six months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to work in a team or independently on shift.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts from day shift.
• Welcome guests, assign rooms, and manage front desk activity.
• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and verify IDs and payment methods.
• Register guests with accurate contact details and dates of stay.
• Schedule wake-up calls and handle guest requests and complaints promptly.
• Create invoices and manage daily financial transactions.
